3) Logo: The logo can be printed in the slipper as your requested. We can support some style: Netting imprinted, embroidery, hot trans-printing and so on.
4)colour: We can support all kinds of colour, such as white, blue, red, grey, black and so on. We can do as your mentioned Pantone color number.

Sample time: 3-5 days, if no printing, can send our normal samples very soon.
Sample cost will refund or not according to your order qty
Bulk lead time: 10-30 days base on your quantity, after sample approval and deposit received
Artwork should be in AI or PDF format to make printing plate.
Payment:
If ship by sea, we accept 30%/ 50% TT as deposit, balance before delivery or against copy BL.
